Chocolate village by the river

Lushna Shadow line units with an upscale look & feel for chocolate heaven.

Our home country Slovenia is one of the most developed countries in glamping (glamourous tourism) in the world. And since we have been doing the majority of our projects abroad for the past few years, we are really delighted to be selected to build one of the most beautiful and ambitious glamping projects in Slovenia to this day.

Maribor, Slovenia will soon be richer for a new, exceptional tourist destination. Along the Maribor lake in Limbus, right next to the factory of the fast-growing chocolate brand Teta Frida, the Chocolate village glamping resort will be created.

It is a luxury glamping resort with 12 Lushna houses, in which everything will be based around chocolate, from chocolate breakfasts, chocolate workshops, chocolate cosmetics to chocolate massages. A heaven for chocolate lovers.

The investors chose our most glamorous units Lushna Suite Mezzanine and Lushna Petites which we redesigned to fit into the luxury chocolate story. The major upgrades are premium exterior and interior cladding materials in darker tones, dimmed panoramic glass walls, premium interior finishing materials and upscale accessories with integrated Smart technologies for remote control and energy efficiency. Lushna Petites with newly designed Lushna Petite Sauna will be additionally set on elevated steel sub-construction to have even better views over gorgeous river Drava.

The resort will operate throughout the year. The houses are well insulated, they will have both heating and cooling. Both architecturally and substantially the resort is a brand-new tourist product. Guests will also find wine tastings as well as a sauna on the tree with a Jacuzzi. The resort has a fantastic position, close to the city, close to nearby ski centre and directly along the Drava Biking Trail.

We will be delighted when we change this render pictures with the real ones soon.
