A Hotel in Six Months, Windham, NY

After just six months from the start of production to opening, our second modular hotel in Upstate New York, USA is now fully operational—and already proving its value. Located in a region known for its pristine nature and architectural sensitivity, the hotel has quickly become a sought-after destination, with strong occupancy and growing demand.
What began as an ambitious vision is now a built reality: a collection of thoughtfully crafted wooden volumes, produced off-site and assembled on location with minimal environmental impact. Today, it stands as a refined example of how speed and design quality can coexist—without compromise.

A Boutique Prefab, Not a Box​

From the very beginning, we approached this project differently.
This is not a typical prefab structure. We designed it as a Nature Hotel—one that blends modular precision with warm, organic architecture. Floor-to-ceiling windows, private terraces, and black timber cladding create a strong yet calm identity, while the layout draws inspiration from American motel typology, reinterpreted through Scandinavian simplicity.
Now in operation, these spaces are doing exactly what they were designed to do: offering guests a direct, immersive connection with nature—while maintaining a high level of comfort and privacy.
 

Built the Smart Way

We built this hotel using our contemporary wooden building system—an approach we’ve refined to make construction faster, cleaner, and more predictable.
By producing everything off-site—from structural elements to fully equipped bathrooms—we ensured precision and control at every step. CNC-cut components and pre-integrated systems allowed us to assemble the hotel efficiently on-site, reducing complexity, delays, and environmental impact.
What this means in practice is simple: a streamlined process that delivers high-quality results in a fraction of the time—without the typical uncertainties of traditional construction.

For us, modular is never about repetition—it’s about possibility.
While the system provides speed and efficiency, every project remains fully custom. In this hotel, each element was carefully considered to elevate the guest experience—from spatial layout to material choices and atmosphere.
