A New Chapter in the Dolomites, Italy: Additional 10 Lushna Petite cabins at Sass Dlacia.
After the outstanding performance of our first project—where 16 Lushna A-frame Icon cabins were fully booked throughout their debut season—the investor quickly made the decision to expand. The goal was clear: to have the new units fully operational in time for winter 2024, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the magic of the Dolomites throughout the snowy season.
This project was commissioned in spring 2024, leaving just a 14-day window in October to deliver and install all cabins before winter set in. The challenge was considerable, but thanks to our turn-key, preassembled approach, we successfully delivered all units in a single piece, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup. Each cabin was placed on its foundation, quickly connected to utilities, and made ready for immediate use—without disrupting the natural surroundings or the existing operations of the site.

For this expansion, we introduced a customized design that blends natural wood and stone-inspired materials, enhanced with warm, vibrant accents that bring a unique character to each space. Perforated cabinet fronts and thoughtfully integrated lighting add a modern touch while maintaining the authentic alpine aesthetic. To ensure ultimate comfort in winter, every cabin features underfloor heating, allowing guests to stay warm and cozy even in freezing temperatures. Instead of traditional wooden floors, we opted for durable ceramic tiles, ideal for handling snow boots and ski gear without compromising on style.
The result is a space that feels both modern and timeless, perfectly in tune with the surrounding Dolomites landscape. These cabins are designed not only to enhance the guest experience but also to provide a sustainable and efficient solution for hospitality businesses looking to expand with ease.
